Staff were happy to help, had friendly communication. I was impressed by great service. The bed was nice after a long flight. The breakfast was large with everything you need, plenty of eggs and cheese.

I enjoyed the place, it was amazing and clean and had favourable location near to Tram, southern cross train station and a shopping mall. Beautiful, ideal rooms by blinds. Helpful staff & lots of activities...

Been there for family vacation, had a wonderful time. Incredible location combined with GOOD staff there. Elegant rooms, the accommodation included WiFi and cell. Luxurious bathroom and simple furniture, great value.
